Our intellectual property team advises companies on all aspects of the creation, exploitation and enforcement of their brands, trade secrets, patents, designs and other intellectual property rights.
The IP group is also home to our technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) practice which advises in respect of regulatory, policy and compliance issues (including obtaining the required approval and permits), outsourcing, data privacy and protection and various commercial agreements (including interconnection agreements, transmission agreements and master service agreements).
